Vaccines for children
Do mention the following to your healthcare provider when you take your kids for a vaccine:
- Your child is not feeling well – The provider may ask you to postpone the vaccine until your child feels better
- Your child has received another vaccination recently – In certain cases a provider can ask you to wait before administering the vaccine
- Your child is allergic to chicken eggs
- Your child had a severe reaction to his or her previous vaccine
